Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange an order?

I’ll try my best to help you with any problems. As a small business/sole proprietorship, I don’t have the same resources for free exchange and returns as big companies, and I hope for your understanding in this.

If you are attending an event I am also at, you are welcome to exchange directly with me.

If you cancel your order before it has been sent for any reason, you will get a full refund. If your order has shipped already, you need to return the order and upon reception you will be refunded the cost of the order minus the shipping, once the order has arrived back. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this shop, please contact me.

If your order is damaged or faulty, the products will be replaced (same product but different unit). Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order and provide pictures and explanation of the problem.

Please understand that majority of the products I sell have been handmade, for example enamel pins, keychains/charms and earrings, so they are all a bit different and might have small imperfections.

This also means that all products can be delicate and I cannot guarantee the longevity of each item as it depends on the owner. If something breaks within 14 days, please contact me. However, I cannot account for small stones, tassels and chains that might come off.

Do you sell at conventions?

Yes! You can find me in Artist Alley at different conventions in Europe. I will update my event plan on the home page and on my instagram ヾ(。^ω^。)ノ
