"I’m Hopy, the illustrator and designer behind this galaxy 🌙 "

Hopy is an illustrator and designer based in Denmark.

Her style of design ranges from Y2K street fashion and cyberpunk to traditional Asian aesthetics. You can find original designed enamel pins, apparel, accessories and much more.

“Where does the name Hopyrion come from?”

If you have wondered if the name derives from ‘Hyperion’, you are correct! Hyperion is one of Saturn’s many moons, but also a sci-fi novel (1989). With her love for everything galaxy and space, she thought it was a perfect combo with her alias “Hopy” (pronounced: ‘hope’-’ee’).

“How did you start Hopyrion?”

"I am a self-taught artist and have a background and experience in business, fashion & beauty and in the game industry as well. Drawing has always been a childhood passion of mine, but I didn’t start pursuing it until 2022. I started getting into the Artist Alley community in 2018 at J-popcon Copenhagen, where I got really inspired to keep creating more! Since then, I’ve had my own art stand at conventions each year, and also started travelling and explored the Artist Alleys around Europe.
